These terms apply when you use SkinsMonkey games, player accounts, and hosted services. They explain the rules for access, fair play, service changes, and responsibility.

Read them before you play. By creating an account or using a game or hosted service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These terms apply alongside any rules shown inside a particular game. If a game has additional rules, those apply to that game as well. The Privacy Policy explains how account and usage information is handled.

Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms when a service or legal requirement changes. We will post the current version here and update this page when changes take effect. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If a change does not work for you, stop using the service.
02 / Your account
Accounts and Eligibility
Use accurate information when you register, and keep your sign-in details private. Your account is for your use; do not sell it, share access, or create an account for someone else without permission.
You must meet the age requirement shown for the game or service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, ask a parent or guardian to review these terms and supervise your use where required by law.
Keep access yours. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has used your account without permission. You are responsible for activity through your account unless applicable law says otherwise.
We may limit or suspend access when account information is false, security is at risk, or these terms are breached. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact support about the decision.
03 / Fair play
Player Conduct and Fair Play
Play by the posted rules. A healthy match depends on players who respect the game and the people in it.

Respect other players
Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or target players with abusive messages. Do not post unlawful material, expose another person's private information, or use chat to disrupt play.

Report concerns clearly
Use the reporting tools available in the game or contact support with the game, approximate time, and a clear description of the issue. Do not misuse reports to intimidate or silence another player.
04 / Hosted services
Service Availability and Liability
Service can pause. Maintenance, network problems, security work, or events outside our control can interrupt a game or hosted service. We may update, limit, or retire a feature when needed to operate or protect the service.
Clause 4.1
Availability and saved data
We work to keep hosted games accessible, but continuous access is not guaranteed. Game progress, rankings, or account data may be affected by outages, technical faults, or service changes. Keep your own records of information you need.
Clause 4.2
Limits and applicable law
To the extent allowed by law, SkinsMonkey is not responsible for indirect loss arising from service interruption or use of a game. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
